We are all about switching it up. Every day, alongside our signature lineup of juicy smash burgers, loaded cheesesteaks, crispy fries, and hand squeezed lemonade, you will find a rotating special that brings something different to the table.
Some days you might catch a fried chicken sandwich or a classic Reuben. Other times it could be a club stacked high, a fried fish sandwich, or a crispy Philly eggroll. If you come by in the morning, you will find a full breakfast spread with options like our hearty breakfast pizza, savory breakfast bowls, and golden hash browns. The goal is to give you something fresh and exciting to look forward to, while staying true to the flavors and comfort that bring people together. About The Chef
The heart behind The Switch comes from a lifelong love of cooking. Our chef grew up in the small town of Amelia, Virginia, the youngest of five boys. Being the baby of the family, he naturally became a mama’s boy and spent countless hours in the kitchen watching and helping his mom cook. It was in those moments, surrounded by the smells of home cooked meals and the warmth of family, that his passion for food first took root.
Though Darrell has not lived in the country for some time now, those early lessons never left him. The values of cooking with care, feeding people with love, and taking pride in every plate continue to shape everything he makes. Over the years, he built on that foundation by managing restaurants and honing his craft in professional kitchens. But owning his own place was always the dream. Now, through The Switch, he gets to bring that dream to life. Every burger flipped, every sandwich pressed, and every dish served carries a bit of that Southern soul and a whole lot of heart.
